Acceptance of terms
By creating a membership on Deal999, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the club.
Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must provide accurate registration information.
- One membership per person.
- We reserve the right to verify your identity at any time.
Account responsibilities
Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Report any unauthorised access to us immediately, and do not share your membership with anyone else.
Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits are processed instantly through supported rupee payment methods such as UPI. Withdrawals are processed within the timeframe stated for your chosen method. We may request identity verification before processing large withdrawals. Every transaction is encrypted.
Deals, bonuses, and promotions
Deal terms are stated clearly on the offer page. Any wagering requirements are listed with each deal, and our Deal Value Calculator lets you preview them. We may modify or cancel promotions, and abuse of the deal system may result in account restriction.
Game rules
All games use certified random number generators. Results are final once the system confirms them. Game-specific rules are available inside each game lobby. A technical malfunction voids all plays during the affected period.
Responsible gaming
We provide deposit limits, session timers, loss caps, and self-exclusion options in your dashboard. We encourage every member to use them. If gaming is no longer enjoyable, seek help at BeGambleAware.org.
Prohibited conduct
- Using the club for money laundering or fraud.
- Creating multiple memberships.
- Using automated software or bots.
- Exploiting technical errors.
Any of these may result in permanent account closure.
Limitation of liability
Deal999 is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for losses that result from platform downtime, third-party payment failures, user error, or changes in gaming regulations.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Online gaming laws vary across Indian states, and it is your responsibility to confirm the rules where you live. Disputes are resolved through the process set out in our dispute resolution policy.
